Any West team news?

You might be interested to know that Percy Park have a new coach. I'm surprised no one has picked up on it as he is an ex westie.

I tried to find the Percy Park website so I could find out but there doesn't appear to be one. I will just have to be killed by the suspense.

think Phil Harvey is being tipped to be the next coach of rovers but nothing confirmed to my knowledge. team news doesn't matter think we should be optomistic this season, i know the coaches have full confidence in the players we have. What positions need strengthening in peoples eyes? would be interesting to know..

Word has it that Phil Harvey is NOT going to be the new coach at Rovers.

He had agreed to take over but has had to pull out as he has just got a new RFU job!

Looks like Rovers could be up the creek without a paddle! Especially with the season opener in a couple of weeks!

I am sure they will be fine, plenty of experience over there to get them through it

Phil Harvey was blocked by his employer. Rod Mclure is next.

Is this WPA obssessing over what is happening down at the Friarage again??

I like the way you lot always seem to discuss us on your messageboard rather than ours.

we played really well without a coach last season, training was shorter but sharper, more enjoyable and we all pulled together. Cant see it being too much of a bad thing over the dark side, if we managed sure they can.

The lads who took over after Rod left where great they listened to our ideas and what we wanted from training and the way we should play the game. it worked a treat. apart from davey getting sent off in stockport.
