The West touch team got the new season off to a good start with a series victory in the Hartlepool & District midweek competition ..

The RFU competition was played at every club in the town and finished at Old Boys with the West team the overall winners. It was  fitting send off for "Scottish Stu" Cunningham [extreme right]  who has been training with the club over recent months while working on a contract at the nuclear power station.

The rest of the team are of course, Sam Miller, Luke Mallinson, Ian Pinchen and Adam Coates. Liam Bailey played but was camera shy for understandable reasons.

Liam Bailey was not in the photo as he had to go straight after the last game and I was the un official sub for the evening ;)
