Les, of course, is currently Chairman of Rugby but has held most jobs in the club in the last forty years. He began as assistant fixtures secretary at a time when the club's ability to persuade the top sides to play us helped establish West on the national stage.
Sincre his retirement from teaching Les's role has broadened to include pitch marking, cooking the player's food after training, and helping with all of the odd jobs required to keep the club going on Saturdays and Sundays.
