Stags Fixtures 2008-09
By Dave Picken - April 29 2009
In their first season Stags came runners up in the competitive CaNDY league. In 2008-2009 they'll face a different format - with Horden joining the league - and they'll play every side leading up to Xmas and then there'll be two "conferences" of 7 and 6 teams respectively based on those results. >

Its to keep the lesser teams interested throughout the rest of the season. Bit like the sottish premier league in footy

Sounds like a good idea to me. These new second and third team leagues are just whatt the game beeded and all credit to the people who run them. Unsung heroes the lot of them.

call it a trial game if you wish - a chance for players to stake their case for the team they wish to play for - this does, however, start with training
