Parties The Borthwick Suite can be split into two - each with its own bar. We can accommodate up to 150 people at dining tables in the main room or up to 200 by opening up the soundproof screen. We have a licence until midnight. You can provide your own buffet or use your own cater. Party hire - Non Club Members Full function room £150 + £50 refundable deposit* (200 people max) Room hire Large room £100 + £50 deposit (140 people) Small Function Room - £50 (40 people) Stag Bar (when available) -£60 (80 people). It can accommodate up to 250 delegates theatre style or 160 cabaret style The 3.5m screen and HD laser projector offer superb quality with cone directional speakers the length of the ceiling. Just plug your laptop into the wall panel. Our sophisticated sound system allows you to play your own music from bluetooth, cd,or usb stick.The spill out room also allows for coffee breaks and buffet lunches. Room hire for Exhibitions and Seminars Just £25 per hour including water and orange juice on tables. Tea, coffee and biscuits @ £2.50 a head. White cotton table cloths @ £3 per table. |
