The report authors can't be accused of skirting round the issue, can they?
And they put up a very good case for their proposed changes.
If it went to a vote, I'd say "yes".

Looks like there's a lot of opposition, according to the Rugby Paper, which prompts the question: were West asked for their views?
Come to that, were any other clubs at our level and in our area consulted?

We were asked if we wanted less teams I the league (ie less games) and we said no. As far as we know the consultants haven't approached any if out coaches , players or officials and , as far as anyone knows, only a couple of clubs in the North were consulted. They were in Yorkshire. It's clubs at Mowden's level who are raising the most objections to the proposals.

Well, M Park need to do something to help the White Elephant Stadium earn its keep.
But it's very doubtful if it ever will.
