this thread got a lot of comments, however I am still non the wiser who do we forward the order form to (ideally an email, and secondly when is the cut off date for placing orders.

This is a team effort, 4 or 5 players have taken a list of people and have been contacting them, also SOS, Phil and Sid. If you have not been contacted yet give myself or one of the three management a call and we will sort everything for you.

We need all the order forms in, at or before the first training session on the 2nd of July.
