Since when have Chris Harrison and Elmo been anything to do with the running of the 4ths/ Ams??? The people who have put a hell of a lot of hard work and time are Peter Wilkinson, Graham Frankland and myself!! Are you saying we are being replaced? Would have been nice if someone had the decency to mention something!!! As you can tell here i am really annoyed at this and look forward to some sort of a reply...

Settle down Quinny, it is intended to be a link between the teams to help co-ordinate players availability, so we all know where we stand on a Saturday, nothing changing for the 4ths/AMs. Give me a ring if you need clarification.

I read it as KOlly has put it. Elmo and Chris Having been involved with the Bucks last season will hopefully help with getting players out who would not normally bother if they arent selected in the Stags/Bucks squads.
The more people involved in selection and player availability the better. Some one who might not turn out if you ask them may well do if asked by Chris or Elmo and vice versa.

Good Craic quinny, very supportive. I don't see Wilko on here crying about his name not being mentioned, probably because he does not need to. He, an GF alike, a personally aware of their contribution to the club and rugby in general and do not require people to inflate/rub/massage their ego in person or via electronic media. They probably have more important things to do like make dinner or get ready for work the next day. Internal v external reward??
