Why do 3rds and 4ths never get named with the rest???

Cos the coaches are still ringing round sorting out who is available. If everyone turned out for training on a Thursday it would make everyone's life easier :-)

Back from America a week early so ill be there. 3 months away and ready to go.

It has always been like this so it will not change.

The old days at Brierton lane where teams where put up on a Monday i think and in the Mail on a Tuesday were better!!

a lot of lads dont want the embarassment of people knowing that they play at Cabin City>> so youre better off keeping it out of the Mail>>>

better to play out of cabin city in NATIONAL LEAGUES than out of a brick club in a micky mouse league which even makes you lot look look half decent.

SCH - have Rovers 1st team been doing a bit of corporate entertaining (cheese pastie & a creamy jam doughnut) as the Bucks have been short over recent weeks. Amazing how our 3rd team players can walk into your 1st team but saying that I suppose that shows the gulf between the players who trot out on a Saturday

Cant decide if that is a go at Rovers or at the lad in question.....if you are refering to young Lee Maddison please feel free to send us over anyone else you deem will only get to play for your 3rds or 4ths!!

Having watched a few games this season Lee has been playing really well along with a number of younger lads we have coming through, you are right league positions do not lie you are playing in a higher league but the green shoots of recovery are hopefully starting over at the Friarage.

The more the merrier over at Rovers!

I think it is just the one player from your third team who has done this and he hardly 'walked in'. But since he has broken in to Rovers first team he has played excellent especially so in the boxing day game. You get Atkins we get Maddison, who came out on top there then.
