Play-offs are being introduced for the first time with the four "runners-up" in our league- Regional 2 North - competing for the second promotion place. The top side goes up automatically.
It won't be an easy route - you have to win four games to gain promotion to Regional One North : defeating two sides from our league, one from Regional 2 North and a final. That will be away to the side which won the Regional One relegation play-off between the sides finishing second and third bottom of that league.
A tough ask but potentially an exciting one. Meanwhile, most clubs seem to still want the league to go back to 14 clubs.
