Treasurer Reg Bunter was also elected as a Director of West Hartlepool RFC Ltd alongside Kathryn Waites and Graham Frankland.
Reg told the meeting that the club's finances were in good shape with borrowing being paid down ahead of schedule, although changing government employment legislation was providing new challenges. He stressed the importance of volunteers continuing to cover a host of jobs.
Chairman Dave Stubbs said it had also been a highly sucessful sesson on the pitch. The aim at the beginning of the season had been for the first team to finish fourth - that had been achieved with the promotion of the Stags to CaNDY DIvision One the highlight.
The target this coming season was for promotion for the Firsts with the added bonus of the Bucks playing in CaNDY Division Three for the first time.
