Tickets are just £10 (plus handling fee) which covers all entertainment plus your festival glass – note drinks chits are not included in admission. Children are welcome and a free ticket needs to be added to your online order for them to gain entry.
There may be a limited number of tickets available on the door – these will be charged at £15
The bars will operate a chits system and these need to be purchased seperately - £6 will get your pick from 4 x ½ pints of beer or 3 x ½ pints of lager – you can also chose from 2 gins, wines and prosecco or a strawberry daquiri cocktail!
Soft drinks can be purchased at the Stag Bar.

West rugby club is all about developing young local talent and we are proud that the Beer Festival has given a platform to a host of young musicians over the past 13 years This year, we are dlelighted to have the talented Finlay Dobing performing live from 7pm. On Friday, entry is free; simply buy drinks tokens with our kitchen team providing the food.Don't worry about missing the Euros Quarters Finals; we'll be screening them in the Stag Bar |
Saturday MUSIC
The party kicks off with the Hartlepool's Skyran hitting the stage at 3 pm with their tremendous selection of familiar chart toppers. Next up, the dynamic local duo Poppy & Charlie followed by more local talent in Sharon Pinchen.
The House Band get the evening set underway, featuring Dox & Jason with their junior rockstars Elliot on bass and Harry D on drums. Stars are born.

Top of the bill will be Newcastle's Idle Hands (above) who are back by popular demand after their tremendous performance last year.
Important Info:
· Entry is by ticket only – there is no entry to the site without a ticket – you will be issued with a wristband which needs to be shown at the bars to get served. No wristband no drinks!
· We will operate a Challenge 21 system if you’re lucky enough to look under this we will ask you for ID.
· This is mainly an Adult Event - Children are welcome but require their own free ticket – Children will not be allowed in the clubhouse after 8pm
· Dogs are welcome outside and in the Stag Bar – Doggy biscuits will be available for well behaved pooches
· Bag checks will be in place – please do not bring your own drinks on site – Picnics are welcome.
· Bring a chair – we will have limited seating on site.
· There is parking around the site but cars are left at owners own risk.
