Boro will, hopefully, arrive in second place having won five out of their first seven games, including a 38-17 win over a very competitive Consett side last time out.
At the same time West were going down 52-24 at league leaders Percy Park with another much-changed side. However, a try bonus point was achieved with the back three all scoring very impressive tries.
They will go again this week with the only change on the backs being in the centre where Kyle Jamieson will be hoping to finally start a game after having to withdraw a couple of times thanks to a niggling chest injury. The versatile Zac Southern will provide backs cover.
Up front Isaac Robinson and Jake Linighan are both free of work commitments to return to the back row alongside the impressive Connor McLurg, with both Chris Atkins and Jay Corbett injured.
One new face on the bench in the shape of front row Liam Liston - another who has been impressing with the Stags. Tim Blades, Alex Johnson and Matt Baggs all return to action with the Stags which is once again a side packed full of youngsters plus evergreen skipper Martin Todd.
