As ever with pre-season games there's a host of players missing, for one reason or another. It's the same for Penrith who are planning to give some of their up and coming players a run out.
There are good numbers making training at least once a week and despite the absences the coaches have been able to put a 20 man squad together. As a result this game will give the likes of Chris Atkins, Aidan Jackson-Smith, Isaac Robinson, Ollie Connolly and Will Hilditch their first run-out under the new tackle laws.
There's also a welcome return for back-row Luke Bage who has been missing for a couple of seasons while studying at Cardiff Uni.
