Wirth four games to go, and a much better points difference than rivals Sunderland, eventual promotion is not in any serious doubt.
However, confirming promotion at home against the oldest rivals would be icing on the cake for Jamie Connolly's team. Plus, there is the small matter of going through the league season unbeaten, that is now a very distinct and remarkable possibility.
On the other hand Rovers will be keen to delay the party for at least another seven days and continue on their improved recent form. They have moved away from the bottom end of the table, courtesy of home wins against Rockcliff and Horden, and have also closed the gap on Old Boys to just two points - there is keen rivalry between those two clubs as to who finishes the highest.
After a fine win on the artificial surface at Rockcliff, there's only one change to the first team. Alex Barker is unavailable but Chris Atkins is - so he returns to a back row which sees Jake Linighan continue on the flank. For once we will also have the same bench.
There's also a strong line-up for the Stags, although they will be without Louis Adamson who is on County Under 20's duty against Northumberalnd at Mayfield Park on Sunday.
