The draw has been made for the Pyman Cup which is back to traditional 15-a-side games with the prospect of popular mid-week game. Meanhwhile, the new Papa Johns Community Cup details have been updated by the RFU ...................

West have entered the national competition and a top four finish, now guaranteed, will mean we go into the draw with 31 other clubs who have also finished towards the top of their Level 7 league.

So, win three games and you are at Twickenham. Problem there may be that the final date is Sunday May 7th which is in the day after the Coronation and slap bang in the middle of bank holiday festivities. Hotels and coach hire may just be a touch tricky - there again Northern teams may not be expected to get to the final. 

The draw for the Papa Johns Cup will be made after March 18th with the first round scheduled for April 1st and the final on May 7th. (At the moment there won't be a cup game on April 8th, which is Easter.)

Much more certainty about the Pyman.
