The most improved swimmer award is awarded to the swimmer who the three Dragons D.S.C. coaches decide has shown the most consistant improved performance in competition and training sessions throughout the year.

The coached decided that this years winner should be Jonathan Aynge. Johnathan, who was one of the Dragons D.S.C. representatives in the Welsh squad who competed at the DSE National Shortcourse Championships in November.

Jonathan recieved the award from Head Coach Peter Key.

Theresa Robinson was named the Dragons Disabled Swimming Club's Swimmers Swimmer of the Year 2004. The award was decided by a pole of the Dragons D.S.C. Swimming squad where they were all given a chance to nominate who they thought deserved to win.
