The Dragons D.S.C. Coaching Team
We have quite a large coaching staff at the Dragons Disabled swimming Club. Here are some brief profiles of each coach.

Occupation: Teacher at Treorchy Comprehensive School.
Head Coach of Caerphilly County Swim Squad.
Coach - Welsh schools National Squad.
Coach - Mid Glamorgan Schools Swim Squad.
Qualified - ASA Club Coach

Alongside Peter we also have a number of assistant coaches.
David Roberts CBE
From: Llantwit Fardre
Occupation: Full-time swimmer
David was one of the original members of the Dragons Disabled Swimming Club. David is an established member of the British Disabled swimming squad and has represented Great Britain at the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Paralympic Games. At the Sydney games David won 3 Golds, 3 Silvers and 1 Bronze. His tally from the Athens game was equally as impressive with him bringing home 4 Golds and 1 Silver. David has also won medals at European and World Championships and won a Bronze medal for Wales in the multi-disability event in the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth games. He now swims for Swim Swansea and Great Britain. He was awarded an MBE in the Queen's New Years Honours list. At the Beijing 2008 Paralympics, David won 4 Gold medals taking him level with Dame Tani Grey-Thompson's total of 11 career Paralympic Gold Medals. He was awarded a CBE in the Queen's 2008 New Year Honours list.
