Great stuff - can't wait. Some good challenges to be faced in those fixtures.

Every extra press up, sit up, squat thrust, shuttle, glass of orange juice counts in the summer.

Let's get started.

Stand fast lads - no surrender !

....and after all those press-ups, thrusts etc, learn to tackle so you don't leak 5 or 6 tries every game like last season

Certainly won’t be easy. Lads need to train and commit to making themselves available every week home and away. If not they shouldn’t be in first team squad.
Thought we were playing Consett on August 11th as that’s the day after I get back from hols?

Have any new players signed for the club? Other clubs have announced their signings already

Just need the long term injured back - Ryan painter, Sam miller, hogan, Bailey, mallinson, Waites and probably a few more I can’t think of

...and a good, well integrated Stags Squad and Fixture List like the 2015/2016 Season - fantastic experience that was. Great Coaches and a great blend of emerging youth and experience ..... And an unforgettable night in Barnard Castle .... Apart from the power cut ..... And the Stout in that Micro Pub 😉

WPA - Consett have too many players away and have cried off so we are looking for an alternative

Not going to be easy. Need to refocus our efforts, commitment. I'm sure promotion can be achieved if we do this. And also keep clear of injuries

From what I saw during training this week( as a bystander) this is going to be one of the fittest teams in the league.
Great effort by all

I’ve heard there are good numbers out but not enough first teamers?

If players aren't training then surely they're not (or won't be) "first teamers."
