TROLLEY BAN FROM SATURDAY 15TH FEBRUARY 2014

It has been the Clubs policy to try and keep the course open during this winter as often as possible and even though the weather has been poor the course has only been closed for one day as to date.

The Greens Sub Committee are now extremely concerned at the long term effect of damage caused to large areas of the course, especially the limited effect the green staff can make to the management of the walk off areas around green and tee.

This situation has been monitored on a weekly basis and as the majority of the damage is due to the use of trolleys and buggies they feel they can no longer allow them to be used on the course.

As from Saturday 15th February 2014 the Club are banning buggies and trolleys until further notice.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but, we feel it necessary to rest certain areas of the course in preparation for the new season.
