Northumberland Foursomes Final
Phil Ridden and Jonny Todd represented the Club in the Intercounty foursomes Finals held at Houghton-le-Spring Golf club on Saturday 16th April. Playing against Warkworth in the morning they won through with a Birdie on the 20th Hole of the match.
In the afternoon they took on the Durham Champions, Whickham but struggled to produce the form shown in the earlier rounds losing 6 & 5.
Despite the disappointment of the afternoon match, I was delighted to receive the Trophy on behalf of the City for Winning the Northumberland County Foursomes Title.
