MATCH DAY SPONSORSHIP
Dear Sir / Madam
RE: MATCH DAY SPONSORSHIP
My name is Steve Chiverton and I am writing to you on behalf Hythe & Dibden Cricket Club to which I have been associated with for the past thirty five years.
Hythe’s home ground is based in Jones Lane, and at the present time we offer cricket to over a hundred members allowing us to put out three / four senior sides and three colts sides each weekend during the cricket season.
Indeed if you go past the ground on a Tuesday evening you will see over fifty kids attending one of our coaching sessions.
Like most sports clubs we are self funding and with over 65 matches at home this year even things like match balls can become very expensive.
I am writing to enquire if your company would like to support our Cricket Club and sponsor one of our matches this coming summer.
How We Can Support You – For Supporting Us
We will advertise our match sponsors on our website
www.hythe-dibdencricketclub.co.uk
Our website at present is getting 1,000 hits a day
During the playing season it increases to over 1,300 hits a day.
Our Website is also linked to the Hampshire League website which now has 324 teams, 3500 players playing each Saturday.
**********************************************
Where will we advertise Your Sponsorship
On the Friday prior to the weekend we will clearly mention our Match Day Sponsor In our Weekend Review
After the Game we will again mention our Match Day Sponsor In our Match Report
Match Reports after a week can still be viewed on our Fixture List so your advert can still be viewed indefinitely.
If you have a logo just send it to me so I can place it on our website. I will also do a brief advert on your company similar to the one you use in the local papers. If you have a Company Website I will put in a link to your site.
We will also place our weekend fixtures in the Lymington Times and also mention our sponsors
If you have any large Company Posters we could also advertise your company on our scoreboard and in the clubhouse during the games.
