BUG GUNS BACK FOR FINAL WARM UP GAME

Hythe play their final warm up game of the season when they travel to the picturesque village of Coombe Bissett just outside Salisbury on Sunday.

The Hythe side consists of no less than nine players who have represented the First XI in the past as they look for a first win of the season.

Only 4 of the side - Rob James, Tom Porter, Nardus Grobler and Sean Tongs played in last weeks defeat at Sarisbury.

Hythe welcome back Mike Edwards for his first game for the club in four years but Skipper Alan Taylor will be missing through injury. Rob James is expected to skipper the side in his absence.

Coombe Bissett play just Sunday cricket but have a reputation of being a good Sunday side who play with a lot of fun as well as being very competitive. The side includes a number of lads who have previously played for South Wilts.

Next week as well as the start of the League Season Hythe also have games on the Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday.
