HYTHE & DIBDEN CRICKET CLUB
COLTS 2004 REVIEW
| HYTHE
& DIBDEN COLTS - UNDER 11 RESULTS Manager : Sally Harding Pos 5th - Pld 7 - W 4 - L3 - Nr 3 |
A week before the season started Sally had only 7 players signed up for the season - yet by the end of the season the Under 11's had won 4 games and finished a creditable 5th place a fantastic feat considering several of the lads were playing cricket for the first time.
Harry Smih, Todd Powell and Sam Page put in good seasons and were the backbone of the side.

With 3 of the 9 games washed out and another conceeded by Calmore Sports it was a disappointing summer for the Under 13's. They did however reach the Quarter-Finals of the Cup Competition before going out to Champions Bashley Rydal.
Ben Smith once again stood out in the bowling stakes well supported by Dave Chainey and Luke Blackwell. Pain in the backside Matt Head finished top of the batting and credit to the guy - his 22* against Bashley in the cup took some spirit.

Matt Howe again lead the way with bth bat and ball. Richard Last and Rob Andrews also showed good improvement with the bat whilst Dean Head and Russell Moore did well with the ball.
