The regional gala took place on Saturday 12th December and was open to those with a registered disability. This gala was based on disability points which means that winning a heat does not always mean that you have won an event. We took a group of 6 swimmers to the gala and managed to come home with 9 Gold Medals,2 silvers and 5 bronze. There were some wonderful swims and best times form all our swimmers. Alex Sawyer Copus took part in his first regional event and managed to get Junior Natioanl times in all his events. Well done!! Andrew Robins managed to achieve 2 best times despite being out of swimming for a few months. Our team were also wearing their new kit, sponsored by premula Cheese. Joanne0191@aol.com tel o7878510312
