The extra 6 miles to Flint shouldn't impact significantly on Nomads modest crowds. In fact if this opening game is well advertised in both Connah's Quay and Flint, it is an ideal opportunity to capitalise on the novelty value of the occasion and attract both floating and new supporters.     

A good crowd atmosphere, a suitable response from the players with a good win, would set Nomads up for a very good season.
