Nothing much anyone can say except that this has been coming. Didn't see us do anything right.
Would we be better off in the Cymru Alliance - maybe a winning team would attract better gates and rebuild the club?

Hi red hall, We always new it would be a season of survival and we are not out until we are down. We were in a worse position than this, at this time 2 yr's ago and nearly in Europe a season later. There's always the transfer window, so until then we just have to get behing the players we've got. I will be doing exactly that next week at Port Talbot.

Im absolutely gutted and dont really know what to say. We couldnt even make it to the bar last night, just wanted to go home. I still feel rotten today, its one thing getting beat but an absolute whitewash was awful. I dont know what was worse, watching the second half or watching supporters around me get up and leave.

The funniest thing was the all the little kids around us having a whale of a time regardless, they were just happy to sing and play the drum.

Im trying my best to be positive and will probably be over it in a day or two but feel really hungover right now.

on a night most of us would like to forget,nomads were out classed and out fought in every aspect of this game,we let bangor control the rhythym of the game,we could'nt get near them when they had the ball,our passing was terrible,the first 45 mins were spent punting the ball up to macallister who found the going hard,it was coming back straight away,so the defence was under pressure all night,once again our frailty at set pieces cost us goals yet again,it's great to have bungle back but he's got to realise as well,you can't always play the hollywood ball,sometimes it better to play it simple and give it to the fullbacks and try and build from the back,our keeper has got to command his box better,for a big bugger he's a bit timid,interesting to see jim put white back to right back,damage limitation?,our full backs could'nt handle the threat coming down both wings,i heard a lot of murmurings from supporters about new players coming in at january,surely any half decent players will already be snapped up and if not would they come to nomads on this form,we seem to have lost the art of playing football that we had at the beginning of the season,lets get back to that nomads.i'm sorry that this post is so gloomy,i know it's only a game,but last night's performance has really got to me,because i know we're better than that,well done to all the young lads who kept chanting throughout last night's debacle.

It was bad, we seem to have no confidence what so ever, some very very strange changes to starting 11, petrie upfront he cant even play at this level, and big macca plays like little macca he is scared to head the ball and mistimes his jumps purposely so he doesnt have to challenge for the ball, i was 1 of many cringing at watching them, herbert was hard done by cant understand why he was left out of starting 11, him and melia done more in 20 mins than what macca and petrie done all game. Alson and Cooke were poor alson without a doubt a poor poor player its like playing with 9 men with him and white playing, white is just a headless chicken, he just cant beat a man and just cuts inside all the time. Anyway enough of my rant lets get some heart sorted for sunday. COME ON THE QUAY

Totally agree with that rob hills, Herbie sould have started before macca and petrie. Glover not in squad he was having a good whinge in the stands i think should be at least sub. White poor, alson terrible and not good enough for this standard. Forrester never saved a shot. We are so desperate for wingers how we going to score with no crosses to put defences under presure. Matt Atherton must be due a chance on the wing he is much more direct than White, Cooke move upto the other side. Wes needs to be a hell of a lot fitter, he is cheating us.

Made the short trip from Flint last night to watch the Nomads for the first time since pre-season, playing what I thought was going to be the nuecleus of last seasons side. As it was Bangor only played three lads from last season. I watched the Nomads in one pre-season friendly and afterwards posted on here that I thought the side was to inexperienced and would struggle this season. But suprise suprise you have held your own and had a reasonable couple of months. Last night was a completely different story, it was like men against schoolboys. This was the worst Nomads side I have seen in almost fifty years of playing against and watching them!! I watched quite regulary two years ago when they struggled and were bottom of the table at Christmas. Nev then brought in some experience (Alan Morgan etc.etc) and they finished in a quite respectable mid-table. This team is crying out for the same sort of tactic, some players with the experience to organise and communicate on the field.Your main ambition must be to avoid relegation and give Jim's youngsters time to learn and mature. There are teams like Rhyl etc. with big squads that must have players who are not getting a game and may be happy to give it a go at the Quay. There are also plyers in the Cymru Aliance that would do a job for you short-term. A youth policy looks very nice on paper but doesn't stand a chance in the WPL. A quick note on the job Nev has done with Bangor in such a short period, they looked a class team who I think could have gone on to double figures last night if they had really wanted too.

Quay head, HERBERT was dropped, we could not understand it as he is the better of the forwards we have at the moment, there were a few disscussions about this in the stands, big mcalister not playing well at all and misses too many chances, petrie to play before herbert must have been a real knock out blow to herbert having a bad winger take his place upfront where he has never played before. All in all Herbert must have been made up not to have started in this game now jim will have to pick him. And yes i think we just are not good enough. role on january transfer window.

Who the hell is your keeper....he was terrible! clearly not good enough, the only time I saw him touch the ball with his hands was when he was picking the ball out of the net. yeah! he's loud but that doesn't help you save shots does it now......terrible! the two ful backs were awful and the guys upfront.....do you do any shooting practice in training?

'Bungle' tried to do to much and be everywhere at the same time! he cant carry that team by himself! shame to loose your captain early on...he might of held it together.

being a hardcore Bangor fan i wasn't even happy after that game because the nomads put up no fight and didnt show any heart for the whole 90mins and i was expecting a good battle between us both.
