A mixture of 1st, 2nd and 3rd teamers made up the cup final side as we took on Woodville at Ashby Hastings ground.
Batting first we scored a reasonable 150-5, Dave Adams carrying his bat for a good 85 not out supported by George Chapman (29) with everyone else contributing a few.
In reply Woodville never challanged with wickets falling regularly with Sean Green taking 2 suppoted by a very good fielding display from the young side.
