Official Lullington Park CC
Second innings Derby
Report of Second innings on 19th July played in coloured clothing (I wish they would tuck them in) under the lights of Derby!!

Dave Adams, Traditionalist declined to travel and wear pyjamas

John Shales, Carried his form from the first innings getting more & more aggressive as the night wore on learning its perhaps best to wear a lid at all times after getting caught from a lifting delivery causing a cut lip, his innings reaching a final crescendo causing much interest from local Pitsa hut.

Tony Mudd, Not the usual form from Tony, with a nice steady controlled innings that in the end sent even him to sleep causing consternation in the transport home.

Andy Goodwin, Again a controlled innings although ending the knock with a very stop start period when there was several interruptions with the local delivery service as in 2 above following close behind.

Dave Hartley, absent sensible.

Steve Gough, Provided early refreshments then due to work commitments left the game early.

George Chapman, must have behaved himself no reports to the contrary at least he lasted longer than 11.30.

Mark Johnson, Steady evening due to pulling a fetlock in first Saturday game.

Will Chapman, Took to the night game well due to University training however did fall foul to batting with the aggressive Shales at one stage.

Danny Gough, Always batting to low in the order showed his confidence at one stage by batting with his hands tied behind his back!!

Danny Green, batting at 11 due to injured foot (easily understood when you see the size of them) always there when support was needed not always the most helpful support at times.

Adam Johnson, Support player carried the drinks busiest person on duty.
