Castle Donnington batted first on a bowler friendly wicket and were immediately tied down by accurate Lullington bowling.Everybody bowled well with only Will Oliver picking up a wicket, thanks mainly to a big case of dropsy with 4 catches being spilled.
In reply with the manager tinkering with the order Lullington were in desperate trouble losing 3 cheap wickets to the very talented Ben Sander, we then lost captain Ben Young unluckerly being adjudged LBW leaving us 9 for 4, then Anyhony Finch & Rob Norris put a great stand together to turn the game back our way, only to be out on consecutive balls. The storm clouds were gathering only for Rob Hodson Walker to hit to 4s with it starting to rain as the last shot hit the boundary rope
