Another dissapointing day for the 2nds! Batting first on a true hard wicket we got of to a slow but sure start with Danny Green scoring a solid 50, with sopport from John Goodwin with 34 and a debut 28 from Joe Eaton leaving a reasonable total of 173 all out.
In reply Rolls Royce had a dissastrous start losing a very quick 4 wickets however our lack of bowling support for an excellent spell from Colin Shaw and Liam Rollason was to prove very costly. with Mason Playing a match winning innings of 80 not out, leaving us to rue another game that slipped away from a strong position.
