The first team made a brillaint start to the season with a 27 point win over Marehay. Andy Goodwin and Dave Adams both made 30's in our 196/9 and then George Chapman 2-14, Jonny Shales 2-36 and Andy Goodwin 5-25 bowled Marehay out for 119.

The second team went down in a close faught game away to Brailsford, from 26 for 6 we recovered to 130 due to captain John Goodwin (55). With Brailsford wobbling at 70-7 a few big hits brought them home with 2 wickets remaining.

The thirds managed a losing draw and only ended up 20 short, Clifton 2nds made 207, Adam Poynton taking 4 wickets. Poynton then made 30 odd with Mark and Ian Cooper unbeaten at the end as the innings closed on 184/6.
