Carluke Tigers RLFC are Rugby League club founded in 2007 based in Carluke, Scotland. We are the only RL club in Lanarkshire, and hope to exploit this by attracting potential players and volunteers from the whole district in order to maximise our playing potential. If you are interested in our club in any way, please don't hesitate to contact us to find out more. Details can be found on the Contact section of this site.

The summer of 2008 saw us playing our first competative season, in the RLC Scottish Conference, the Premier Rugby League competition in Scotland. In our debut season we finished second in the conference, third overall in Scotland, and won the Scotland Rugby League Shield competition. We are now looking forward to the 2009 season where we hope to go one better by reaching the Grand Final, and affirm our position as the top Rugby League club in the West of Scotland after sweeping all before us in the region in 2008.

2009 also brings with it the added excitement of the establishment of a youth section at Carluke Tigers. Plans are well underway to establish Under 12, Under 15, and Under 17 squads to play locally and nationally. If you are interested in playing or volunteering in any way, please dont hesitate to get in touch.

The league season runs from late April until late July, with the Grand Final being played at the beginning of August. This works in well as the season runs completely during the rugby union off season in Scotland, allowing us to recruit many players from union rather than compete with local union clubs for players.

For the 2009 season the senior section will have separate training and playing facilties. On match days we will play our home matches at Hamilton Palace, Motehill, Hamilton, ML3 6BY. Here there is a good pitch, and very good changing facilities. A map to Hamilton Palace can be found here.

For training we shall be located at Moor Park, Belstane Road, Carluke, ML8 4BG. Here there are several grass pitches, rough training areas, and a changing pavillion. A map to Moor Park can be found here.

The junior section will also train at Moor Park, Carluke, with venue for home matches to be confirmed.
