Well the sun was out and it was a scorcher for the second double weekend of the season with Sunday seeing the 1st round of the respective cup competitions. The first team travelled to the Ilkeston Rutland ground that is currently undergoing a lot of building work and then were looking to avenge their early season defeat as they entertained Swanick Hall in the cup. The seconds welcomed Alfreton to Sharley Park on Saturday before travelling to Spondon in the cup on Sunday.
In the end the weekend brought 3 wins and a defeat with the second teams loss at home to Alfreton as well as some good individual performances.
