As is appropriate in this age of equality PC attitudes gone mad, many tour parties are made up of not only players and alakadoos, but also by players of other sports. Obviously no one who is a member of the
tour party should be left out of the Tour Court. However the presence of other sportsmen on tour may lead to talk of other sports this is seriously frowned upon and may cause the Court to dispense justice which may be discribed as leaving "a bad taste in the mouth".
All members of the tour party should be made aware that, "The walls have ears!" This is an admonition to all to watch and to listen for offences worthy of reporting. The Court will always make itself available to receive allegations. It is on late occasions that tongues are most loose and misbehaviours most rampant, all allegations should be taken seriously. Even if they appear to be of little substance, they can be stored and built upon as the tour progresses. This is particularly important to remember when you are getting toward the end of the tour and a member has eluded the efforts of his peers to find him at fault. In such cases, a collection of seemingly innocuous actions can be knitted together to form a charge that will wear well in court.
There may be a 'Chief Sneak' on the tour who will observe and report on situations that occur outside the purview of the Court.
The best days of your rugby career will be on tour & I am sure they will provide many memories, however, there is a caution below as to how many of these memories can be shared.
The Golden Rule of any rugby tour. That being, "What happens on tour stays on tour." Therefore, I will end my dissertation on Justice by wishing all who are tourist a memorable and enjoyable Tour.

The power of 5 are a matter of weeks away from there biggest tour to date. There are a few questions still to be answered:

Will the Big Gallute moan and groan about his lost Ace lager and follow round Farmo's Bush Jumper whining that the tourists are too young for him to go out with?!

You wiill find out all this and more on tour and remember that they never discovered the hole truth before even though they convinced you they did.

Ive been appointed by the power of 5, to keep an eye on things whilst we are on tour in chester.
My duties are to enforce the law when a member of tour is going to make a big boo boo or show himself up against a rival rugby club whilst having a sing song in the bar.

I warn you now if ANYONE gets caught singing/miminig or even humming Charley had a pigeon, harsh punishment will be given out by the power of 5. im there to stop you making that mistake.

Hi to all of you who were in the dene hotel on sat night, hope you enjoyed your visit to chester. Thanks for the drink and the entertainment, you were great!

Another tour comes to an end. The Senate has retired for another year. I am sure Chester won't forget us in a hurry.
