Rumour Mill # 4.

Rumour has it, a certain member of your squad who was a prominant fixture in your first team last season has followed the likes of Scott Bolton and Michael Smalley and jumped ship to signed for Old Boys.

Even though I always say rumour, I always mean it's true. :_)

Like dan said above every body at seaton knew Lewy would leave after throwing his dummy out the pram on numerous ocassions. Just like to wish Hartlepool the best of luck with their new signing.

Heres to missing the tantrums and strops

Bit of a surprise but I hope he doesn't think that he will get as many chances over there as we repeatably gave him.
Remember the grass isn't always greener on the other side & although he is a decent player it only takes one to tip an apple cart!!!!

I'm sure mags layalty is price less in the world off rugby, which i'm sure alot of rugby players around my level would agree. I've always played for enjoyment, me mates and me club. There has been good times, bad times and some realy realy bad times. In 21 years with seaton i wouldn't have changed my club for anything, as i'm sure alot of players with in the town probably think the same.

Theres ways and means to do anything without making excuses and i'm sure if they felt the same way they would find them, there is plenty of people who travel from over that area of the town that would give DJ a lift every week such as the club taxi man my old old mate old ginge.

well darling as captain c the 2nd said i think you/your sons could be just using that as an excuse. as i dont know what the crack is at seaton as i do not play for them but if i was to do the same thing at my club ( that joke of a club oldboys as you put it) there would be at least six or seven offering to give me a lift and i would reckon it would be the same at seaton or any other rugby club in the town! surely all they all had to was ask!!!!

Good look to your club this season Rubbert, as far as i'am concerned the more clubs we have playing at higher levels in the town the better chance the town has of pulling younger players into the game and keeping this a strong rugby community.

My old mate Gary has just returned from a short break, and is willing to give any youngster a lift to training
