Alright lads,

Just a notice for anyone I havent asked cos I can't remember, me and Sharon are having a party upstairs on the 12th April. All the lads are welcome if you want to come along.

Its where you turn up a couple of nights a week and do some exercise mate. Helps harden your legs and stops them melting all the time! ha ha!

NO!!! The guard in front of the was broke so I had to do the job again. Really though me knee is knacked. Looking at getting back in the next couple of weeks.
