I think murry is pointing out that he is accused of 2 crimes: 1 against the 2nd team, and 1 against the club.

Degsy it's only getting worse!!!!!

Capt'n Jack. With all of you experience before the court I would have thought you knew the process.

There should be 1 trial with 2 charges. The charges will have to be proved by the prosecution. Degsy has the opportunity to defend the charges but as Boro found out recently, frivolous appeals to the judge will only increase the sentance.

Degsy will be found guilty of both crimes independantly and will be sentanced at least twice depending on the number of appeals. Obviously people appealing on his behalf can still be frivolous appeals which may cause the Judge to further increase the sentance!!!!!

I for one lioke Degsy and will certainly want to appeal on his behalf as I'm sure others will!!!!

Capt'n Jack, if he has something to say won't he be frivolously wasting the courts time and be subject to further punishment!!

If Im to go down does that mean others should do with me?
On the way over to the pitch at chester lee street(was that three weeks ago?) neil and garry both found out about the party when I said everyone could come, I assumed everyone would know shortly after considering how fast word spreads. Thats all i have to say.

That sounds like a confession to me although he might as well confess as he's banged to rights on this one.

Already there is a substantial amount of uncorroborated evidence already being built up and plenty of hear say.

I don't think he appreciates how hurt and let down we all feel. I heard that Dr Love had bought a new cardigan from Primark especially for the occassion.

It seems to me that Deggsy now has someone to defend him at the weekend so whoever 118,s fan club is can he make himself known to our court officials.
I will need to check with procedure but if he does come forward can he be found guilty of wasting the courts time and gloating as he said he attended the said party having a good time.
Oh and if you know who it is Deggsy it may help your case if you pass this information on to the court. Well we wont hang you anyway. You also need all the help you can get. I would defend you but with my previous in front of the Honourable Captain C you could be sentenced to life.
THE BIG V RETURNS

I was planning to keep it a secret, didn't want to take our lass where all the riff raff where. I was honored that only myself & the nuisence where invited, to be put into the same bracket as olg ginge is a privallige in itself. And yes I had bought a new cardigan but I hear tank tops are coming back so I will have to look in another drawer further down, above the one with the underwear in.
