Just in case anybody else didn't get caught by Helen:

'Helen asked me to pass on the details for the weekend.

She said that you will need to bring along long sleeved tops and some trackies for some of the activities. Feeding will be three times a day, there are some vending machines available but Helen suggested maybe bringing your own nibbles.

I'm just going to add to that and suggest that you bring along a pair of trainers that you don't mind getting trashed, I didn't ask if there were any water activities but come prepared just in case. A Spare towel is always useful as well.

I can't think of anything else but Helen said any further questions, just give a call and that she will be finished work at 1500 on Friday for any last minute queries,
