right thanks to chief I have the details so far

we still require 7 horse owners and 4 sponsors according to the info I have

also I am thinking of using a theme to name the horses that haven't been named and offering a prize for the first person to spot the link

please Chief/Garner if you get any more sponsors/horse owners either text me or post on here, I'm going to print on Thursday night

If not all horses are sold in a race I can still name it and we can bet on it but if an unowned horse wins the £8 owners prize can filter down to the 2nd placed horse or something

or the unowned horses can be sold on the night

me and Branson already put in a request to CSC for £200, think they gave us £100 in the end

way the company works we can't just request a tenner sponsorship for summat, any charitable stuff goes to committees and that

not helping am I?

If we were to put a request in for CSC to sponsor a race it would probably done in time for next years do and as Planty says we have already skanked £100 out of them.

Oi Garner

how do you want to be credited on the race card, at the moment I've replaced the companies name with 'Matt Garner Productions'

I'll call you tomorrow evening to finalise everything before I print everything off

for the unsold horses I am giving them names and I suggest we sell them on the night

What time you getting up there and do you need help setting up?

Asked at work for sponsorship but my initial fears were correct, all community sponsorship goes to a committee and you have to fill in big forms about what your group does etc etc, as Geek B states we've already done this

mr plant you can credit me anyway you like

matt garner production's/wonder production's is fine, also if you have no names for horse's do what you said & name them & we will sell on night no probs or if we dont the club can have them & if it wins the money can come back to the club, also if we have only the 4 race sponsor's you could either leave the last 4 blank(write them in in pen on the night) in case we get some late sponsors in or we could put the 4 sponsors we have down twice

i will be there about 6 o'clock to sort out projector, you can come then if you wish I am sure ther will be something to do,i do know others are getting there from 3 o'clock if anyone wants to help,

thanks for asking about sponsor's

if you need anything else or other information just call me
