I realised that if we had been relegated we would not have had to witness that little prick.

Seriously a big well done to everyone in all the teams this season. We didn't win any trophies but I beleive that we have grown again as a club both on & off the field. We might even have some money in the bank this year!!!!
Lets all support the U15s next Saturday & then move on to plan for whatever next season brings. Anyone feel like setting some on field targets (not forgetting the effect that 17g may have)

Well done boys!! A fantastic effort this weekend, really pleased for Bravo (Harry Houdini) and all who have been involved with the seconds this year!!

Like Graham has said, no trophies in the cabinet but back in April I think we would have all settled for all 3 team consolodating in thier divisions after some considerable jumps up the league!!

Jimmy: Glad you have enjoyed it, a good return with the ball in your first year!!

After yesterdays bowling performance I could be starting with you lads next year!!:-|

After your bowling performance yesterday you may have to remember that we have 3 teams.

Top effort chaps....was looking grim a while back but some big wins at t he right time, and a little help from others, has seen a good end. Need to build on this season again next year and see what happens.

I had it on good authority that the club was putting some money behind the bar to allow the players a couple of free drinks as a reward for a decent season. Obviously there must have been a last minute change of plan. :(

Free bar was a malicious rumour. Do you think this is some soft, posh Southern poncy boys club or something?

I didn't hear the free bar rumour

fridges nearly empty - plenty of ale was supped over the weekend

I heard it was openly discussed on friday night by the 'big 3' and it was a goer! Fair enough though, suppose the club is not made of money.

p.s.

I want my 4 quid back for the cap that never appeard :nrj

I dont believe the talk was off a free bar....more that Tache was going to make £50 or so available so people could have a drink on the club as a thankyou for the season. Whether it was true or not i dont know.
