In case some have missed the news nets will now be starting on the 12th Feb not the 5th. Apparently the first session was double booked with a gymnastics competition and we've been kicked out for that one!!
I have asked the Tash Man (note no poncy French translation) to let us know by both Tash Text & on this message board exactly what the arrangements are. Alternatively you could always ring him.
Just to clarify that nets start at 8.15pm on Thursday and will go on until 10.30pm.
Youth teams start at 8.15pm and finish at 9.15pm but it would be nice to have senior players there to offer advice and coaching plus do a few fielding drills.
I will be charging senior players £4 a week as I am not sure how much we are being charged. I have no wish to make a profit (or loss) on nets so if we have any money over at the end of 9 weeks I will give refunds. There will be more refunds for those of you helping at youth nets.
£4 for a net session....theres a recession on you know!!
Lord Hartley, Norman Stanley and Myself will be there to help the kids most weeks due to us comming direct from cricketal as we have been down there for the past 4 weeks (and still getting no better).

dave it would be a result if we could just get you to the crease without you shaking like a nervous wreck.
