Thanks to all involved, hope everybody enjoyed it and I wasnt unfair to anybody with the rolling subs policy!

Special mentions to Grez and Tache for opening up, making the half time brews and general bar work!

Planty is doing a report for the website and I will email him the group photo when I can sort the camera out!

I think there is a strong possibility of the Clay Cross CC Football Team making a few more apperances in the future against other opposition as well as the Sir Jim X1!

Most enjoyable - list your top moments, do they include:
Planty's 'Cruyff' turn
Youngster stuck in our 'quicksand of an outfield'
TGO limping off with cramp in both legs
Else re-enacting Banksy's 1970 save from Pele
Sully's many saves - low to his left!
Junior Junior Tache downing 8 cans of extra strong in 20 minutes after Senior Tache had gone!

Sounds like a top idea....to be held at Clay Cross CC of course so that we make the money!! Maybe a return game at theirs at some point.

Like I said its all a bit up in the air at the min so lets not get too carried away. Due to the rellative success of Saturday I think more fixtures will be in the pipeline but regarding opposition and dates we will have to wait and see.

Dont know what anybodys thoughts are but I reckon about 4 or 5 fixtures over the course of a close cricket season would be enough, any more and people might start to lose interest in the idea. Just my opinion though.
