Steptoe...might be able to help you with the boots!! Ive got an old pair in the garage, think they will be about that size. Theyre bright silver.

I'm sure we can scrape a few pair of boots out between us for those that may need them!!

Sorry Steptoe. Mine are size 10 with proper nylon studs with the edges sharpened up to dig deeper into flesh

ive aquired sum size 12 puma boots, if they r any gud to anybody, they r bout 3 inches too big 4 me.

Have dug my size 10s out of the garage but unfortunately they are caked in dried blood & have fallen apart.

Right folks, just spoke to Mr Secretary and we have been given the all clear by the council barring a few minor issues!

We now need to arrange a date. Myself and Sir Jim have both agreed the 22nd of November is a no go because its the night of the do so therefore we were looking at either the 15th or 29th of November as starters.

Which date is best for everybody? Can all who have confirmed on here let me know which date suits them best so I can get back in touch with Jim and John and take it further.

I will also send a txt round to others who dont read this site to see whats best for them.

Right boys and girls, date has been confirmed as 15th of November!! Kick off is a 2pm so we need to get to ground just before 1!

There was a minor issue with the insurance, due to the council wanting to make sure were covered, but all this has now been sorted and were covered via the cricket club policy!
