the second team's fielding hit new lows on Saturday with about 20 catches being dropped or neshed out of

this must improve

idea was to impliment a proper warm up before games with catching practice included - think this needs to happen

although our leader's excuse for neshing out of a catch was funny.......

"it came right out of the sun!"

ok, if the sky wasn't 100% full of clouds!!!!!!

I managed to drop 3 (don't usually drop 3 a season!) but I had a bad hand after taking a snorter during our last midweek game........

been thinking of an excuse for a few days and that's best I can come up with

Planty

think your skipper was too busy getting arse on about umpire and beating up lukes mates on the boundary to concentrate on catching.

Perhaps buy him an uzi or somat - Quick solutions.

yet again the mid w4nk league crowbars into another thread. stop this mickey mouse cricket at once rene and concentrate on your real calling.

ps - i think it was easier to count those of us who didnt drop anything than those that did:oD:oD:oD

simmo the problem is we had a big get out of jail card and against better teams we will get slaughtered if give that many chances away. thanks to some dodgy captaincy on their part we got away with it but cant see next weeks opponents or denby being so accomodatiing.

must admit thought matt was going to eat notty after that one;-)

the league's top teams won't give us as many chances so it's more important we take the ones we do get
