American Pale Ale

Sonnet 43 is a new brewery based at Coxhoe and using Coxhoe Hall's connections with Elizabeth Barrett Browning as the inspiration to produce an exotic range of hand crafted ales which are attracting massive interest.APA has a complex aroma using Cascade, Simcoe, Centennial and Mount Hood hops with a malty, spiced fruit flavour.

Sonnet 43  

  Brown Ale

A staple of the Sonnet 43 brewery. Mild and fruity with malty and toffee flavours, a pleasantly light bitterness.

   4.7% Quinny's "Comeuppance"

By Sun and Candlight

A more golden shade than a typical Blonde due to generous use of Caramalt. Elderflower along with Saaz and Hallertauer hops add a pleasant floral aroma with herbal undertones.

Amarillo is a hop variety grown in Washington State in the North West of the USA. It bimaprts a complex range of fruity flavours - mainly citrus grapefuit but with lemon elements.

An amber ale reflecting the coloured cape worn by Lovely Warne, a New Forest legend famous for warning smugglers of the impending arrival of the Customs men. Crisp, full bodied and malty tet with a fruity aroma.
