We need to make decisions about finance - what bills need to be paid when, how we're going to pay them and what trips we want to do etc! We can also tell you who's coming so far, where we're staying etc etc.

If you would secretly like to come but can't afford it, have a chat with me and come to the meeting anyway ... no promises but we might be able to mortgage you for the next 10 years (joke!) in a relatively painless payment programme and/or sort out some extra (weekend or whatever) shifts for you! This tour is for the whole club, it's not aimed at any one team or standard.

We have lost 4 players who payed their deposit, 3 of them backs, so we're really light in the show-pony department (I shall resist further comment!).... we can have a think about that at the meeting too.
