Just to let you know an updated fixture list and the list of sevens tournaments the club is going to enter will come out on email....the ones have play offs to play in on the 6th and 13th April, the seconds have their last league game on 30th March, and the threes have four league matches still to play....so its far from over, and thats before 10s start!!!
Thursday night is about helping the thirds get ready for the return game against Ealing, and other skills work.
The next two weeks will be geared around team preparation and working on specific areas eg back row defence for all three teams, counter attack of back three, which are being planned into the coaching for the next four weeks.
Good luck to all the girls selected for the various six nations sides this weekend, and maybe see some of you in Scotland.
By the way has anyone picked up Ollie's beanie from training last week....its her favourite and she's desperate to find it.
