Hythe Under 15's got back to winning ways with a 55 run win over local rivals Fawley. Hythe batted first and lost Elliott Carley early but a 51 second wicket partnership between Archie Gilbert (34) & Harrison Smith (23) set Hythe up for a good total. Alex Nicholas & Sam Kelly added late runs as Hythe passed the hundred mark. 101-9
Fawley started well enough 33 for 1 but then lost 9 wkts for 13 runs as Ollie Pike & Ben Fenton ripped through the scorecard. Pike took 5-5 off 2 overs including the first Hythe hat-trick of the season. Ben Fenton took 3-3. There was even a wicket for Billy Allan.
