Hythe's final fixture of the season saw them travel to West Sussex to face Westbourne. Hythe unbeaten record at Commonside ended with a disappointing 63 run defeat with the Green Caps turning out with only ten players.
Congratulations to 'The Guru' Sean Tongs who ended the season as top friendly run scorer 881, some 32 runs ahead of Addie de Jager.
Skipper Rob Saunders ended the season top wicket taker 28 wkts - 2 ahead of Harry Smith (which is probably why he didn't bowl). That took Saunders to 50 for the season in all games.
